Matthew Tyler Sampson was bailed out by Andrea Salvo on January 13, 2020. Sampson failed to appear in Long Beach Court on February 5th, and Torrance Court on February 6th. After his failure to appear in Long Beach, a NO BAIL HOLD WARRANT, was issued.

Andrea Salvo had claimed to be Sampson's sister, but in actuality was his girlfriend. We originally believed that Matthew Sampson was traveling with Andrea Salvo. After an extensive investigation, that spanned three states, it was determined that Sampson had left Los Angeles on his own and travelled to Texas. After speaking to numerous informants, we believe Andrea Salvo had travelled to Texas to visit Fugitive Sampson and was fully aware of his whereabouts. Andrea Salvo had never assisted in locating the fugitive, in fact she had refused every attempt by our company to communicate.

Dozens of hours and numerous agents had worked on the Sampson case. Through persistence and dedication, Matthew Sampson was located and arrested without incident.

Sampson is a convicted Domestic Abuser with a lengthy criminal history.

Andrea Salvo had bailed out Mathew Sampson and shortly there after charged the bonding company back, for a Premium Payment made legally on her credit card. The charge back was rejected by the merchant service.
